4.11. Replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft
Removal and installation of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft

- Remove transmission and a driving disk (see. Head Transmission line).
- Having hooked, the suitable tool, take an epiploon from the landing nest in the holder — try not to damage sealing walls of a nest and a pin of a cranked shaft.
- Before installation grease sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil.
- Fill an epiploon in the landing nest and by means of a suitable opravka press it aflush with an external surface of the holder.

As an opravka the replaceable face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter can be used — the opravka should rest only against a rigid face surface of an epiploon! |
- Installation of other components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle — track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.
