5.14. Diagnostics of central air of air
|
|
- Include ignition.
- Within 5 seconds after implementation of start of the engine press the OFF button on To/in control panels and hold it pressed during not less than 5 seconds.
|
|
Step 1 - check of light-emitting diodes and active zones of the display
|
|
- Make sure of serviceability of a luminescence of all light-emitting diodes.
- Check serviceability of functioning of all segments of active zones of the screen.
|
- If any light-emitting diodes does not burn, or defects of the screen take place the OFF switch, therefore, is faulty, or the fluorescent tube of the display failed. Replace the AUTO К/В amplifier.
|
|
- If everything is all right, pass to the following stage of check.
|
|
Check of serviceability of functioning of the HOT switch
|
|
- Press the К/В control panel switch (HOT).
- On the screen should the transition offer to a step of 2 checks («will be highlighted by Advance to self-diagnosis STEP 2?»), otherwise the HOT switch is damaged and it is necessary to replace the AUTO К/В amplifier.
|
|
Check of serviceability of functioning of the COLD switch
|
|
- Press the control panel switch (COLD).
- On the screen should the return offer to a step of 1 check («will be highlighted by Return to self-diagnosis STEP 2?»), otherwise the COLD switch is damaged and it is necessary to replace the AUTO К/В amplifier.
|
|
Step 2 – check of a condition of chains of the K/V information sensors on break and short circuit
|
|
- Press the switch (HOT) — on the screen the code No. 20 should be highlighted.
|
|
- If the code 20 is highlighted regularly, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise pass to the last stage.
|
|
Step 3 – check of serviceability of functioning of an inlet zaslonka and a zaslonka of switching of modes of circulation
|
|
- Press the switch (HOT) — on the screen the code No. 30 should be highlighted.
|
|
- If the code 30 is highlighted regularly, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise pass to the last stage.
|
|
Step 4 – check of serviceability of functioning of actuation mechanisms
|
|
- At the started engine press the switch (HOT).
|
- Nazhimaniye on the DEF button should lead to consecutive highlighting of codes with 41 on 46, confirming serviceability of functioning of all actuation mechanisms (see the following stage of check).
|

- Pass to the following stage of check.

- Once press the switch (DEF) — on the screen the indication of temperature of external air should be highlighted.
|
|
|
|
The conclusion to the screen of an inscription of ECON testifies to negative indications. |
- If the displayed value considerably differs from real, it is necessary to check at first a condition of electroconducting of a chain of the sensor, then actually the sensor.
|
