9.8. Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder (GTTs)

Removal

- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor switch of level of brake liquid.
- Remove a plastic cover, by means of a syringe or a rubber pear pump out from the GTTs tank as the bigger amount of brake liquid is possible, then establish a cover into place.
- Disconnect from GTTs and at once закупорьте brake lines.
- Release fixing nuts and remove GTTs assembled with the tank.
- In case of need remove from the main cylinder the tank.

Installation

- Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components — track reliability of a tightening of fixture. In summary pump over brake system.
- Connect to the tank hydraulic lines and electroconducting of the sensor of level of brake liquid.
- Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components.
- In summary fill in in the tank fresh brake DOT 3 liquid, pump over a hydraulic path (see. Pumping of a hydraulic path of a steering drive) also execute adjustment of a pedal of a foot brake (see. Replacement of blocks of disk brake mechanisms of forward wheels).
