 Remove assembly of the steering mechanism from the car (see. Removal and installation of assembly of the steering mechanism) also clamp it in a vice with soft sponges.   Disconnect from a case of reechny transfer hydraulic lines and merge working liquid.   Bring the steering mechanism into neutral situation and make basic marking.  Turn out the adjusting screw, grease its carving part with fixing hermetic, then screw the screw on a place and slightly tighten a lock-nut.   By means of a dinamometrichesky key tighten the adjusting screw with effort 4.9 — 5.9 Nanometers, then again weaken it and again tighten — this time with effort of 0.2 Nanometers.   
  Connect to a dinamometrichesky key a special nozzle (KV48100700).  |

Several times displace a lath for all length of its course, then make measurement of a torque of a provorachivaniye of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the steering mechanism on a corner 180 ° from neutral situation — consider the maximum registered indication and fix a shaft in this situation.  |  |

Release the adjusting screw and again tighten it with effort
 4.9 — 5.9 Nanometers, having weakened then on a corner 10 — 20 °.   
  Tighten with demanded effort a lock-nut.  Repeat torque measurement, turning the steering mechanism from an emphasis against the stop. Write down the maximum and average indication of a dynamometer. Average value should make 0.8 — 1.5 Nanometers, maximum — 0.6 Nanometers.   If any of results falls outside the limits an admissible range, check effort of sliding of a lath (see. Check of effort of resistance to sliding of a lath of the steering mechanism) — in case of need repeat adjustment, or replace the steering mechanism.  |  |
